Step 01

Kickoff and provisioning

We confirm your contracted modules, target workflows, rollout approach, and go-live criteria. Manta then provisions your tenant and core infrastructure. No access to your environment is required at this stage.

Payer and integration configuration

Payer mappings are verified and any payer ID overrides configured. Where EMR or PMS integration is required, Manta connects to pull patient demographics, insurance details, and authorization signals. Your IT team coordinates on data flows, security requirements, and testing.
Step 03

Training and go-live

In-app configuration covers roles, locations, providers, accepted payers, and user invites. Training aligns to your workflows. Most rollouts start from a pilot clinic or limited daily volume before expanding. Go-live happens once the checklist is clear on both tracks.
After Go-Live

Once you are live, Manta stays with you.
